In this session the Ultum Group and MBC provided an update on the most recent SBA updates, a high-level overview of how SBA lending benefits the borrower and credit unions. Also, we took a deep dive into loan sales and how leveraging the secondary market can provide non-interest income opportunities and serve as a balance sheet management tool. Accentuated in our current environment, SBA lending provides opportunities to preserve liquidity and increase ROI on lending to small businesses.
